Event Description: I’m proud to announce that my one man show, If I really did have powers…(it would look something like this), will be performed at the Alexander Bar for ONE NIGHT ONLY on the 22nd of February. Don’t miss out on the final Cape Town performance before it goes to the Grahamstown National Arts Festival.

Event Description: Magic Isn’t Real. Yes, the name of a magic show is “Magic Isn’t Real” – it will make sense when you come and see it. Also, there’s a bit of stand-up as well – the Comedy Trickster, Sebastiano Olla is a very dynamic performer! But, if you see the show and you disagree, well then, it’s either all an illusion, or all a big joke. Having studied filmmaking (in addition to comedy and magic – which, yes, you can study) Sebastiano is a big fan of subverting expectations, so come to the show ready to be surprised, and a little challenged, But definitely amazed. Because of the adult nature of some of the content in the show, it’s best if those younger than 16 years old are left at … home? School? Whatever it is that those younger than 16 do these days. Since South Africans love to ask this question, Sebastiano is Italian. So if anything at least you can meet someone who is not impressed by your spaghetti bolognese (it’s not an Italian dish, and having lived in the States, Sebastiano can also tell you it’s probably American).
