Magic Circle of Seine-et-Marne
Founded in 1982, the Magic Circle of Seine et Marne (CMS77) is a magic club whose aim is to promote the art of magic in all its forms, to create bonds of friendship and to encourage exchanges with all those interested in the practice of illusionism.
CMS77, a member of the FFM (French Federation of Magic), is neither a school for learning magic, nor a show agency.
It welcomes anyone with some prior experience in illusionism of any kind. No particular technical level is required. However, a genuine interest in the art is expected. After a probationary period, an exam is required for admission.
The CMS organizes monthly meetings , conferences and galas .
The Magic Circle of Seine-et-Marne, originally called the Seine-et-Marne Magic Circle, was founded in 1982 by Christian Guignet, Robert Fouquet, Guy Marc Petit, and René Clevenot.
They were later joined by Bernard Gomet, Meldini, Sylvain Naudet, Didier Bernard, Philippe Stranart, Jean-Pierre Domerc, Jean Marie Lauret, Roger Dumontet, Pierre Fontaine, and Maxo. The meetings took place once a month at the rural community center in Chaumes en Brie, then at the Château de Bois la Croix in Pontault-Combault, before moving to the Le Parc residence, also in Pontault-Combault.
The Magic Circle of Seine et Marne was part of the AFAP and is now a member of the French Federation of Magic (FFM).
To join us, please contact our president, Didier LADANE.
