Richard Darshwood is a highly charismatic magician known for his close-up magic, mind reading, and comedy hypnosis shows. He is affectionately known as “The Charming Trickster” and is also referred to as “The Whiskey Wizard” due to his performances behind the bar and in dining rooms of various establishments.

Darshwood has performed for notable celebrities such as film-maker Martin Scorsese, Grammy Winner Miranda Lambert, and Super Bowl Champion Clay Matthews of the Green Bay Packers.
He has also appeared on Fox 41’s “In the Morning” and WHAS 11’s “Great Day Live!”.

He is a graduate of the McBride School of Magic and Mystery in Las Vegas and is a certified practitioner of the American Alliance of Hypnotists.
Darshwood is a member of two distinguished fraternal orders: The International Brotherhood of Magicians and The Society of American Magicians.

In addition to performing, Darshwood shares his knowledge by consulting with other professional magicians and speaking at scholastic institutions about the relationship between psychology and the art of conjuring.
He has also been an honorary delegate for the United States at INDIA Jaal, a national conference of magicians at Asia’s very first Academy of Magical Sciences.
