Jonathan Pendragon

Jonathan Pendragon has performed at three presidential galas in Washington D.C., for the Queen of England, the Prince of Wales and the Royal Family of Monaco.

Jonathan Pendragon is a renowned American magician known for his unique style of “Physical Grand Illusion,” which emphasizes physical performance over props. He has performed internationally and has been featured in numerous television specials and live performances. Pendragon has been recognized with multiple awards.

Pendragon began his career as a Hollywood stuntman, notably performing the back hand springs for John Belushi in the film The Blues Brothers.
He later developed his own form of magic, “Physical Grand Illusion,” which incorporates his background in dance, gymnastics, and martial arts. He is known for creating and directing innovative magic shows, including a segment for the movie Bogus starring Whoopi Goldberg.

Pendragon has been married twice. He was previously married to Charlotte Pendragon, with whom he formed the illusion duo The Pendragons, known for their television appearances from about 1994 to 2009. They divorced in 2012.
He is currently married to West McDonough.

Jonathan Pendragon continues to be active in the magic community, performing and teaching. He has been a regular bi-monthly columnist for Genii Magazine since January 2014 and has been featured in various television series such as Masters of Illusion on the CW network, Don’t Blink on the Pop Channel, and Extreme Escapes on Reelz.
