Connie Boyd is a Canadian magician, inventor, writer, producer, and director known for her work in stage magic and escapes.
She launched her magic career at the Riviera Hotel in the SPLASH showroom in Las Vegas in 1987.

Boyd has appeared on television shows such as “Masters of Illusion,” “the Best Magic of Las Vegas,” and the “World Magic Awards”.
She has starred and headlined in production shows like the Folies Bergere at the Tropicana Hotel and Jubilee at Bally’s in Las Vegas.
Boyd is also known for her physically demanding, artistic magic performances.

She has produced shows like “the Beauty of Magic,” “Chicks with Tricks,” and “ILLUSIONISTA”. She also launched the Magical Women initiative in 2020, which spotlights women in magic through the ages.
Her career has been influenced by her work with Don Wayne since 1988 and Joanie Spina since 1991, whom she credits as friends, mentors, and strong influencers.
Connie is in demand as a consultant across the full gamut of staging a production, from the magic direction to the set design and casting.

She also has three production shows under her direction which are running in Vegas and available for hire at big events (with the requirements necessary). i am listing them here.
You can see what Connie is up to, on her website and you can read more about the women in magic on her Magical Women intiative.
And, as a final bonus, if you want to know more about Connie the person, here is a lovely interview with Connie on the bold journey website (did you know that Connie had to reinvent herself 5 times?).
