Rocco is an American magician, born in 1962, in Paterson, New Jersey.

Rocco was mentored by the professional magician Bill Wisch, a student of the legendary magician, Slydini.

After Wisch introduced Rocco to Slydini, Rocco studied a while under Slydini.

Rocco started magic at the age of 19 and really came into the magic scene in the 1980’s.

He has won many awards: is the recipient of the Merlin and Golden Lion Awards, a two-time winner of the coveted Manhattan Association of Cabarets Award, and ten nominations in four different categories of the Academy of Magical Arts (Magic Castle) awards.

At the FISM competition in 1994, he took third prize in Close-up Magic, in 2006 winning the “Most Original Act” prize in Close-up Magic.
